Magnetic-inductive measurement probe with a measuring range of 0-500 µm for the most precise measurements of non-ferromagnetic coatings especially within the lower measuring range.

Designed to measure thin, non-ferromagnetic metal coatings (such as: chromium, copper, zinc, etc), lacquer, enamel or synthetic coatings on steel substrates using the magnetic-inductive measuring method, our probes deliver measurements in accordance with the DIN EN ISO 2178, ISO2808 und ASTM B499 standards.

Thanks to the pen shaped probes, manual adjustments on measuring objects are easy to achieve and accurate. For applications demanding highest precision, we recommend mounting the probe on one of our measuring stands, available with or without additional sample holders.

The TQC CC2000 Cross Cut Adhesion Test KIT is used to test the adhesion of dry coats of paint on their substrate by means of a series of cuts through the coating. Two series of parallel cuts cross angled to each other to obtain a pattern of 25 or 100 similar squares. The ruled area is evaluated by using a table chart after a short treatment with a stiff brush, or adhesive tape for hard substrates. The cutting knife of the TQC Cross Cut Adhesion Test CC2000 is easy to exchange without the use of extra tools. The self positioning knife bracket of the TQC Cross Cut Adhesion Test CC2000 ensures equal pressure on the cutting knife. Each TQC Cross Cut Adhesion Test KIT CC2000 contains a grip with cutter, a brush, an illuminated loupe and a roll of adhesive tape acc. ISO 2409.Knives and tape can be ordered as a spare as well

The TQC Inspector Flashlight is a robust and handy flashlight with extremely powerful Power LED. The adjustable light beam makes this flashlight very suitable for most kinds of inspections. This Powerful light produces an impressive 850 Lumens and has a beam distance of 160 meters. The Li-ion battery can be charged in the external charger. The TQC Inspector Flashlight comes with the following accessory package:- TQC Inspector flashlight- Lanyard- 1 pcs Li-ion battery 18650- Pouch- AC Charger- DC Charger- USB

The TQC Bresle Patch is used to test for surface contaminants, such as salt, which may cause major problems and increase maintenance costs for shipping, vessels, ballast tanks, oil and gas piping, industry buildings and steel structures in general. Coating failure such as blistering and corrosion may be the result of a too high level of salt prior to painting. The Bresle Method described in the ISO 8502-6 is commonly used to measure the level of surface salts prior to coating. A so-called bresle patch (a small self-adhesive plastic patch) with a washed latex membrane and a known surface area is used to dissolve the soluble salts.
