IMMERSED BODY (PLUMMET)

TQC Immersed body (Plummet) (DIN EN ISO 2811-2)
The Plummet method (Immersed body) is a universal instrument to determine the density of paints or related products. The method is based on 'Archimedes' principle.
The upward force caused by immersing the plummet into the liquid is read from a laboratory balance and expressed in grams/ml.

Available sizes:
• 10 ml, type X
• 100 ml, type C
(Robust and Calibratable type)

Comes in plastic case, certificate included. Stand to be ordered separately.

An electronic weighing scale is required to perform the measurement.

SPECIFIC GRAVITY CUP ISO 2811 DIN 53 217 ASTM D 1475

Specific Gravity Cup for determining the specific gravity or density (or weight per gallon wpg) of coatings, pastes or similar liquids. Density is defined as weight per unit volume at a specified temperature. Specific Gravity Cups (or Pyknometers) are available in anodised aluminium and stainless steel, 100 ml. and 50 ml. All models are supplied with a calibration certificate.

VISCOSITY CUP ISO 2431

The TQC Viscosity Cup ISO 2431 is a range of titanium anodized aluminum or stainless steel (SS303) viscosity cups with fixed stainless steel nozzle (inner cavity). Laboratory type, to be used with stand, to measure the viscosity of lacquers, paint and other liquids. According to DIN, EN, ISO 2431.

Hotwire-Anemometer

The TQC Hotwire-Anemometer is ideal for low air velocity and volume measurement. The TQC Hotwire Anemometer measures the air velocity in m/s, km/hr, ft/min, MPH and Knots. The instrument is supplied with a built-in temperature probe that measures air temperature in C° or F°. The combination of hot wire and standard thermistor delivers fast and accurate measurements.
