Project description:
Muehlhan BV. , daughter company of one of the world largest painting contractors wanted to be able to monitor the full climate conditions in their blasting|painting room of their Schiedam facility. To exclude human errors they preferred continuous monitoring but also real time information on the computer system in the managers office.

The challenge was to find a system that survives the harsh environment of a blasting room that measures and records humidity, dew point, air- and surface temperature. The solution for this was found in using the DewCheck Monitor in combination with the Dust-Barrier option.

A special cable was constructed to link the monitor permanently with the managers PC. Further a special software feature was written by TQC-software developer to provide real time climate information on the computer while recording and storing these climate parameters at the same time. This allows Muehlhan to pull up any climate data from the past when questions are being asked. A feature that is well received by both Muehlhan and their clients.
