Project description:
Together with the client|user the choice was made to design a wide brush holder equipped with two rubber wheel at both ends. The brush holder will hold fosforbronze brushes of different sizes which can easily be replaced by the users once they are worn out.

The connection of the brush holder to the grip of the holiday detector was designed in such a way the brush could be either pushed or towed over the floor to be tested. The wheels on the brush holder generate an evenly dispatch of the weight of the brush and also make the brush much lighter and more comfortable to handle.

Design, drawings and realization were all done in TQC’s special-products department.
