The TQC SP1552 Foil Thickness Gauge allows the user to quickly and accurate measure the thickness of replica tape (Testex®) of foils.
To determine a blasting profile using the “Replica Tape” method a good snap gauge is indispensable.
Mechanical gauges are often very hard to read and difficult to put on zero. Especially in the harsh and poorly lit environment where most of the surface profiles are being measured, errors are made easily.
The SP1552 is zeroed by just one push on a button, the measurements can be read clearly from the digital display and if required the gauge can be switched between microns and mils.

Operation. Processing takes seconds with minimal temperature rise. Feed material passes through funnel onto rotor where it is pre-crushed on wedge-shaped rotor teeth. Material is then finely ground between rotor and screen before it passes through sieve holes into a collection vessel.

EURO CUBO has been designed in conformity with the current technical UNI standard regulating the “shape, dimensions and tolerances of concrete test pieces packaged in the shape of cubes, cylinders and prisms, and the forms required to product them” (UNI EN 12390-1 of June 2002).
EURO CUBO is made up of two modular and identical half-shells easy to assemble characterised by a special profile. These halfshells are then jointed by two special slide-coupling joints to ensure they are mutually fastened, in order to prevent them accidentally separating when the cement mix is poured in. Each of these joints consists of a kind of straight jaw which simultaneously grips the vertical edge of the wall of the first half-shell, and the adjacent vertical edge of the wall of the second half-shell, so that they can no longer separate in any way.
This structural innovation brought the following advantages:
