This laser distance gauge is a strong outdoor performer. Next to all basic functions the Disto D5 offers a trapezium function for measuring roof slopes easily. Using the tilt sensor you can also take indirect measurements. From this the horizontal distance can be derived inspite of obstructions. Indirect height measurements can be performed using the Pythagoras function.

The in-built digital Pointfinder with 4x zoom makes aiming at long distances much easier. You can even carry out measurements in glaring sunlight. Measurement results and supplementary information are comprehensively shown on the large colour display. The high image resolution provides a clear, sharp picture in the digital Pointfinder.
